- Proven experience with CI/CD processes and tools (SFDX, Git, Copado, Gearset).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, and declarative tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead solution design and guide development teams.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and development lifecycle management.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange products.
- Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation or migration projects (e.g., from Siebel, SAP, MS Dynamics).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other industry-specific clouds.
- Exposure to other programming languages like JavaScript, Java, .NET, or mobile development is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with middleware and enterprise integration patterns.
- Excellent English Communication skills both verbal and written
