About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer and Administrator to join our team. This hybrid role requires both technical development expertise and day-to-day administrative capabilities. You will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to support business needs, improve user experience, and drive productivity across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce pages, triggers, and flows.
  • Manage integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato).
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like SFDX, Git, Gearset, or Copado.
  • Ensure code quality through peer reviews, design validation, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior developers.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical designs and development processes.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, tools, and best practices.
  • Drive the adoption of Salesforce across the organization by developing reusable assets and contributing to internal capability building.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6–8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
  • REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling, and security models
  • Proven experience with CI/CD processes and tools (SFDX, Git, Copado, Gearset).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, and declarative tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead solution design and guide development teams.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and development lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange products.
  • Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation or migration projects (e.g., from Siebel, SAP, MS Dynamics).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other industry-specific clouds.
  • Exposure to other programming languages like JavaScript, Java, .NET, or mobile development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with middleware and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Excellent English Communication skills both verbal and written
