KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct quality assurance activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Prepare and maintain QA documentation, reports, and records.

• Managing customer complaints and facilitating investigations to provide timely reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering (e.g., Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO standards (preferred).
• Previous experience in a Japanese company is preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing rules and procedures.
• As the selected candidate will become a supervisor in the future, preferably someone with leadership skills.

• Prepare ingredient premixes, including both regulated and non-regulated additives
• Accurately issue requested ingredient premixes and maintain updated inventory records
