**Position Summary:**
The Project Manager position is dedicated to driving successful projects for our global team, stakeholders, and customers, significantly enhancing organizational effectiveness, IT/business partnership, and return on investment. This role encompasses the planning, executing, closing, and monitoring all aspects of project delivery via the IT Project Management Office (PMO)'s project categorization and approved methodology. **Responsibilities**

**Qualifications:**
+ BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (or equivalent).
+ 3+ years of experience leading multiple projects, large to small, to deliver system and business change to organizations.
+ Well-versed in public speaking and providing periodic updates to company executives.
+ Flexibility to work in an environment that includes meetings with global stakeholders and team members in numerous time zones.
+ Thorough use of project management/organization and data presentation tools: Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Office/Teams/SharePoint.

The Role
As a CRM Project Manager, you will lead the technical infrastructure and data architecture planning for the CRM system, and advises the larger back on system interconnectivity. You will ensure that there is mínimal system conflict and that data and processes flow smoothly between CRM and other source systems.
How you'll contribute

Assesses feasibility of business-requested enhancements taking into consideration workforce capacity and timeline based on knowledge of bank technology landscape to manage ITG resources smartly and efficiently while providing the most impact for the bank.
Ensures that all applicable risks are reviewed and considered by undergoing required risk assessment exercises to ensure that mitigation and prevention measures are in place.
Ensures that systems built and implemented operate within audit and compliance regulations by coordinating to complete audit and compliance requirements to protect consumer data and to smoothly launch the system.

Project Managers, Business Development Manager, and Network Director in delivering aspiration of active and profitable Chatime stores.
1. Supplement PM and whole BD team in securing potential store details such as, but not limited to, the following:

- Secure store blowup plan
- Confirm potential store layout dimensions (length, width, height)
- Provide coordinates for space planning
- Analyze market drivers: foot traffic, nearby direct competitors, etc.
- Sketching store layout and providing suggested store front based on analysis of traffic count

PROJECT MANAGER ENGINEER II
**JOB SUMMARY**
Take project engineer role for NPI projects against responsibilities definition in LeadPD procedure TEC-407-522-DND, work with PJM and Ops cross function team to setup project team and lead team to achieve project goals including tooling/process development timeline and control project capital and expenses spending within budget.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
Planning and Budgeting
(i) Identify project goal and scope for manufacturing process development.
(ii) Workout project framework/timeline, use WBS to identify deliverables and tasks in projects.
(iii) Lead to work out project capital and expenses spending plan, capacity plan, cost model and project P&L.
(iv) Workout project tooling development timeline, including tooling development and qualification, sample making and delivery.
