Only LICENSED ARCHITECTS will be accommodated. Five (5) or more years in the same capacity with FIT OUT EXPERIENCE are preferred.
Assess and prepare / validate BOQ and BOM of of a particular project assigned and given by the Project Manager
Preparation of Mobilization Requirements
Preparation of Site Requirements e.g. Site Barracks, Temporary Facilities, including Coordination with the building AdminLeads the day-to-day operation of the construction group making sure that a high quality program of construction work within the expected time schedule and projected budget is delivered.
Responsible in the preparation of shop drawings, material request, delivery permits, pull-out forms.
Secure working permits and approvals as per project requirement.
Lead the construction of a particular project assigned and given by the Project Manager
Generate project plans as instructed and agreed by the Management and Client
Prepare shop drawings in coordination with Design team
Monitor Preparation of contract between the company and the client and have it signed
Prepare and secure working permits from building administrators / developers
Prepare and secure necessary license and permits from government agencies; PEZA, LGU Permits, etc.
Coordinate the production, procurement of tools, equipment and materials needed
Allocate, supervise, assign and discipline manpower for deployment
Lead the construction process in accordance with standard procedures and given timetable
Execute the project according to contract, plans and drawings
Record any request and changes from client, prepare necessary drawings and have it signed in coordination with the Business Development Team
Update necessary working permits and gate pass for project site
Coordinate with purchasing and warehousing teams for timely delivery of tools, equipment and materials
