Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Site Architect to perform architectural design, site visits, and inspections. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with standards, collaborate with teams, and manage multiple projects related to store layouts and design.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general architectural works including site visits, inspections, and preparation of related reports
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and requirements
Write construction specifications and prepare requisitions for materials and equipment
Coordinate work with engineering and construction units at the project site
Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to develop store layouts that align with business goals
Utilize CAD software to create floor plans, fixture layouts, and presentations
Create detailed floor plans for retail stores and ensure functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts
Manage multiple projects and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Work with vendors to source fixtures and displays
Monitor store layouts, address issues, and optimize space utilization to maximize sales
Prepare and present layout proposals to management
Maintain accurate records of store layouts and changes
Assist in planning new store openings and coordinate layout changes
Prepare reports and presentations on store planning activities
Coordinate with HR, merchandising, and operations teams
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience
Construction supervision experience is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, CAD software, and other design tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Knowledge of retail operations, space planning, and industry best practices
Strong creative, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience with project management software
Flexibility to travel for site visits and project coordination
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
Must be residing in Manila or willing to relocate

Pre-Construction Stage
- Visits site for inspection and actual site measurement to familiarize with site conditions and scope of work.
Tendering Stage
- Prepares quantity takeoffs as required.
- Assists Project-in-Charge in reviewing of contracts and proposals.
- Reviews specifications and scope of work.
- Prepares and distribute submittals.
Construction Stage
- Manage project specific materials and equipment purchases including ordering and tracking deliveries
- Prepares and issues documents for manpower, materials and subcon request.
- Supports project by expediting schedule, materials and completion of field paperwork
- Supports BU Head and Project-in-Charge with client communication regarding project schedules.
- Maintains customer relationships.

- Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain quality of all systems.
- Manage lifting of all equipment and handle efficient storage of all hazardous materials and perform quality audits as per required schedule.
- Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.
- Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.
Final Stage
- Attend and setup punch list walk-through as needed;
- Provides required close out information to the client at the end of the project (record drawings, O&M, warranties)
- Assists PIC to make sure the project is 100% closed out with Accounting.
**Minimum Job Qualifications**:
- College degree in Architecture, Engineering or any relevant field.
- Years of experience in a similar or related position will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of construction field.
- Ability to work in an office environment as well as in the field as requested.
- Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to learn company specific software as needed or required.
- Prior experience in construction or relative field preferred.
- Proven track record working with people, teams and projects.
- Ability to work independently, within a team and in a diverse workforce.
- Ability to travel as needed.
