The Architect Project In-Charge (Architect PIC) handles the development of the project throughout all planning and design phases, from schematic and design development to permit application and implementation. The Architect PIC produces architectural plans and other detailed drawings needed to complete the project, including 3D modeling and rendering. The Architect PIC is also responsible for preparing and filling up permit forms and other required documents for permit application, bidding process, and implementation. The Architect PIC coordinates with the operation team and the engineers from other disciplines involved in the project. They keep track of all project milestones, schedules, and all other items as necessary in the completion of the project.
Qualifications:
