Job Description
- Monitor inventory movement, storage, and reporting by 3PL partners.
- Track inventory accuracy KPIs such as: Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA), Daily Cycle Count Compliance Rate, and Losses/Damage Percentage.
- Coordinate and monitor cycle counts and physical inventory counts as per agreed schedules.
- Work closely with 3PL counterparts to ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions.
- Recommend process improvements based on recurring issues or gaps.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or any related field.
- With at least 2 to 4 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in a 3PL or warehouse environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills, especially with external partners.
- Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory classification (ABC), and warehouse best practices.
