Supervises daily activities of production personnel and prepares effective production schedules to ensure compliance to all company policies. br>- Validates line manpower count to ensure compliance to approved Time and Motion Study (TMS) and achieves required production efficiency.
- Supervises and orients all production personnel for the efficient run of the production.
- Identifies all issues/concerns of the team and provides continuous support to all members according to operating standards on a daily basis.
