Functional Scope:
- Accomplishes Percentage (%) Volume Achievement and Percentage (%) production efficiency targets
- Supervises daily activities of production personnel and prepares effective production schedules to ensure compliance to all company policies.
- Validates line manpower count to ensure compliance to approved Time and Motion Study (TMS) and achieves required production efficiency.
- Supervises and orients all production personnel for the efficient run of the production.
- Identifies all issues/concerns of the team and provides continuous support to all members according to operating standards on a daily basis.
- Checks materials issued and finished goods, ensures that these replicate the official project mock-up with good quality.
- Ensures strong line leadership and enhances required supervisory skills by conducting line leaders training to the concerned personnel.
- Addresses bottleneck in the process of production as reported by line leaders and reports it to the respective authority (IE, WPO Head, etc.) for proper disposition.
- Conducts periodic review of staff performance and establishes programs that would lead to optimum performance of all personnel
- Ensures proper recording (through the daily production report) and encoding of the attendance of all production personnel at InEx database.
- Ensures compliance to workplace policies according to safety objectives (Zero Lost Time Incident) and implements safety procedures.
- Encodes daily attendance of scheduled production line in database system to be used for payroll.
- Prepares and submits complete, correct and accurate weekly and monthly management reports including other data that maybe required by the management and client.
- Ensures that all reports should be with the knowledge and approval of the department/business unit head and/or designate.
- Responsible in defining and writing the business requirement specifications of processes for automation update/revision.
- Fully adheres to the company's code of discipline.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 Years of Experience as Production Supervisor
