The Compliance Analyst will act as the central liaison point for the business to provide all necessary information to ensure completeness and consistency of approach globally. This will include assisting areas of the business who are new to the process.
To support the business in its efforts to integrate Compliance-by-Design into our business-as-usual practices, the RX Global Privacy Office have developed the Compliance Shared Service Centre to support the business in the completion of the various compliance, procurement and legal processes linked to the procurement of a new vendor or the development of internal tools / services.
Accountabilities:
+ To manage the global inbox of external privacy enquiries, ensuring that enquiries are quickly and accurately categorised by jurisdictional requirement and right exercised (assisted by the online form process and ServiceNow configuration);
+ To liaise with the appropriate BU SPOC to collate the relevant information in line with the request, as-well-as the policies, toolkits and templates provided by the Privacy Office;
+ To pull together a draft response / disclosure bundle, including any recommendations for exemptions in line with the relevant legislation, for approval by the relevant BU SPOC and the Privacy Office;
+ To keep accurate, comprehensive and timely case notes on actions taken, personnel contacted and exemptions applied (including justifications);
+ To respond to requests on behalf of each BU within the set timescales (28 calendar days for most jurisdictions);
+ To follow the escalation process set by the Privacy Office where SLAs are not met by BUs;
+ To provide the Privacy Office monthly MI measuring compliance with the various global requirements, broken down by BU (templates provided);
+ To raise any concerns, queries or issues for immediate attention of the Privacy Office; and
+ Assisting in audit reporting processes that are relevant to the above activities;
+ General updates, design flow, enhancements (as necessary) in the systems used
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree holder (any field)
+ Open to fresh graduates with excellent communication skills
+ Preferably with 1 year of solid experience in Customer Service functions under Technical, Financial, Insurance or the likes

+ Supports the operational execution of the Global Privacy Program
+ Provides data privacy support to business units in designated region

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Identify, test and improve controls on the confidentiality, integrity and availability of
personal data;
2. Ensure conduct of Privacy Impact Assessment as part of the Risk Management Process of the University;
3. Look at technical support solutions that assists in achieving compliance (e.g. encryption, Data Loss Prevention).
4. Conduct development review and revision of policies guidelines projects and programs relating to DPA;
5. Develop and Maintain registers as required by the DPA, e.g. PDI, PIA;
6. Review the university's agreements and contracts with third-party service providers;
7. Ensure proper data breach and security incident management;
8. Conduct Data Privacy audits to monitor compliance;
9. Ensure personal data remains up-to-date and is destroyed following retention policies;
10. Develop and implement training materials for the university;

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Being a member of the Data Protection team, this position will support the efforts of Data Protection and Technology Services to ensure our adherence to regulatory and legal data protection and privacy requirements, supporting all lines of businesses and across all functional areas of our company and its companies globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keep abreast of and maintain a current understanding of global data privacy laws and regulatory requirements that apply to our company and its companies.
• Conduct annual privacy inventory of data and processing activities, performing PIA and DPIAs.
• Manage and respond to inquiries received in the privacy mailbox and provide consultation, guidance, or escalate as needed.
• Perform privacy vendor evaluations to assess regulatory and privacy risks and practices associated with the onboarding of third parties.
• Liaise with business lines to identify privacy risk areas and determine appropriate privacy controls to limit privacy risks to new projects, cloud hosing initiatives and/or special projects.
• Draft and/or maintain our privacy policies, procedures and guidelines as needed. Assist other business lines with policies that may have an impact to individuals privacy (e.g., employee handbook, technology usage, social media policy, etc.)
• Assist in the review of changes to applicable laws and regulations and interpretation of impact to the company and its companies.

Role Overview:

As part of the Data Protection team, this role plays a key part in ensuring that data privacy and security practices comply with global regulatory standards. The Senior Associate will contribute to enterprise-wide compliance efforts, supporting various business units and operational functions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date with global data privacy regulations and ensure the organizations practices align with evolving requirements.
