Role and Responsibilities
Establish the plan and document scope, develop project schedules and or preliminary cost estimates. br>
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully develop and complete the project.

Maintain liaison with management regarding project planning by conducting analyses and preparing reports. Prepares Project Master Schedule including resource and equipment allocation based on project contract requirements.

Develops a well-defined and properly sequenced work activities together with the Project Manager.

Updates project schedule (Plan vs Actual) periodically and backs narrative reports and presentations with technical data (Project Summary, Progress Measurement involving Variance and S-Curves for Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the project).

Preparation of Purchase Requests for awarded projects
Source for special materials/equipment locally and abroad br>Prepare cost comparison based on received quotations
Initiate and develop relationship with supplier
Generation of team's scorecard based on dashboard
Follow-through on resolution for PRs with issue

Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of ECE or Electrical Engineering
Preferably with 1-year experience as materials resource; fresh graduates can also be considered
Proficient in MS Office software
Organized and keen to details

Join us as the Outage Planning Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective scheduled power plant shutdowns. You'll be the maestro orchestrating every aspect, from meticulous planning to flawless execution, guaranteeing optimal plant performance and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate  with diverse teams (O&M, engineering, asset management) to define outage scopes and resource needs. Leverage insights  from past outages by compiling recommendations and lessons learned in a centralized monitoring file. Craft and oversee completion  of comprehensive final reports, documenting the entire outage journey. Secure and manage resources  efficiently for each planned activity. Develop a master schedule  to meticulously choreograph all outage tasks, providing a clear overview of progress and duration. Analyze preventive/corrective maintenance data  to ensure adherence to procedures and inform proactive repair strategies. Contribute to long-term maintenance plans , including the crucial 10-year outage plan. Rigorously adhere  to established outage processes and procedures, ensuring seamless execution. Meet strict requirements  of outage readiness and execution indicator gate reviews. Prepare and monitor outage budgets , keeping costs within approved limits. Prioritize safety  by complying with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment , upholding housekeeping policies. Champion quality and compliance  with various ISO standards, including 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 55001, 50001, and 22301. Promptly report  any potential safety, health, environmental, or security risks to relevant authorities. Safeguard information assets  by following established information security protocols. Embrace additional tasks  assigned by your team leader.Requirements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree  in any engineering field. Registered Engineer  designation. Minimum 4 years of power plant maintenance experience . At least 1 year of relevant project experience . Solid understanding of power plant operations and maintenance . Keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills . Excellent communication abilities  to collaborate effectively across departments. Proficiency in MS Project or other project management software .

We are currently seeking a Senior Planning Engineer with a proven track record in interior fit-out projects across the Middle East . The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Primavera (P6) and capable of managing complex project timelines, resources, and deliverables under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using 

  Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to align timelines and resources.

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

• Ensure project schedules comply with contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10  years of planning experience , specifically in interior fit-out works.

• Middle East project experience is preferred.

• Immediate availability is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Structural Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structural design planning, ensuring project timelines are met, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. You will play a key role in integrating structural engineering practices with effective project scheduling and resource planning. br>
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and construction teams to develop structural planning strategies.

Analyze survey reports, maps, blueprints, and other topographical or geologic data for planning purposes.

Create and review structural designs, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Develop detailed construction plans and schedules using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Assess and predict project timelines, risks, and resource needs.

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Ensure structural integrity through design calculations and site inspections.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and authorities.

Participate in feasibility studies and cost estimation for proposed projects.

Ensure Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (depending on region/country).

3+ years of experience in structural planning and civil engineering roles.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, and other structural analysis tools.

Experience with project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).

Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and structural materials.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
