The Youtube Ads Video Editor is a supporting position on the marketing team for Performance Golf. You will be responsible for helping us edit YouTube and Facebook videos. For these projects you will be given the footage, and will edit the videos to make them engaging with our large b-roll library.
This is a full-time position that requires working closely with our Creative Director and the marketing team to establish project timelines and anticipated completion dates on time and on budget.
- Create videos that are part of a marketing campaign designed to drive traffic and conversions for specific offers
- Show competency in videography principles from scripting through final editing
- Be proficient at turning talking head videos into engaging animated videos using graphics, motion graphics and b-roll
- Be proficient in typography, color, composition, compositing, key framing, and title design
- Have experience using videolytics to analyze effectiveness of media, with the intent to optimize highly converting videos.
- Ability to work with a team directly in edit sessions to assess needs and meet project requirements.
- Possess a strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be an organized team player
- Have experience working in a fast-paced environment on weekly deadlines
- Follow our golf trainings to learn the game of golf, so you can place b-roll effectively in videos (we have 40 other folks in the Philippines on our team already)
Job responsibilities include:
- Create and produce marketing videos for Facebook and Youtube video ads.

Experience & Skills required:
- 3+ years of video production experience
- Experience with remote team tools like Slack, Google Suite,
