**Job Description**:
- Analyse suitability of specimen prior to processing
- Perform daily maintenance needed by the equipment and log in appropriate logbooks all important details
- Perform appropriate troubleshooting of equipment (when necessary)
- Perform calibration and daily quality control for analytes
- Analyse Quality Control result. Has the knowledge to identify trends and shifts.
- Perform physical, chemical, microscopic and microbiological examination on blood and other body fluids
- Perform completion of test results
- Analyze laboratory reports and data accuracy
- Proper archiving of specimen
- Perform drug testing procedure according to the DOH Regulations.
- Oversees tasks and duties of the Authorized Specimen Collector.

Educational Qualifications
achelor Degree: In a relevant field such as Optical Engineering, < r>Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

ndustry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the optical industry with a < r>focus on RX lab operations specifically within large-scale size company (manage
2,000 – 3,000 pairs of lens). < r> ervisory Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader < r>role, in a lab or manufacturing setting is a MUST. br>
