GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for developing, managing and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms to strengthen Workscale's brand presence and support recruitment initiatives. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to emerging trends in digital marketing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Content Creation and Design

a. Develop original and engaging multimedia content (images, videos, reels, infographics, stories, etc.)

b. Ensure all content reflects Workscale and client branding, messaging, and tone.

c. Edit and optimize content for clarity, creativity, and platform compatibility.

2. Social Media Management

a. Manage and update official social media accounts (facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc. )

b. Implement and maintain posting scheduke.

c. Respond to inquiries, messages and comments professionally and in a timely manner.

d. Track social media trends, hashtags and industry for application in campaigns.

3. Campaign Development and Support.

a. Assist in planning and executing recruitment campaigns, marketing activities, and promotional initiatives.

b. Collaborate with HR , recruitment and operations teams to create content for job posting, job fairs, and events.

c. Brainstorm new ideas to increase online engagement and brand visibility.

4. Analytics and Reporting

a. Monitor Engagement metrics (reach, impressions, conversation, etc) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

b. Generate regular reports and recommend improvements for future strategies.

5. Collaboration and Compliance

a. Work closely with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency.

b. Maintain confidentiality and follow company and client branding guidelines.

c. Stay updated with the latest digital tools, social media trends, and best practices.

6. Other related task.

a. Support content needs for recruitment drives, training sessions and company events.

b. Provide photo/video documentation when required.

c. Perform other duties assigned by management relevant to the role.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts or related fields

  2. At least 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing- facebook, instagram, tiktok etc. (Fresh Graduates with strong portfolio may be considered)

  3. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut)

  4. Must be willing to report onsite in Cubao, Quezon City.
