Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize Nebroo's organic content strategy across multiple platforms (web, blog, social,

• Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and contributes to improved search rankings.
• Repurpose existing ad creatives and educational assets into professional, platform-appropriate organic content.
• Approve and oversee the design and presentation of content to ensure a polished, professional look.
• Conduct competitive research
  to identify opportunities and replicate successful strategies.
• Manage content reputation — ensure
  Nebroo's
  online presence reflects trust, authority, and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal designers, writers, and other team members to execute campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs (traffic, rankings, engagement) and regularly report results to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in SEO, content management, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of
  SEO tools
• Demonstrated ability in copywriting
  (must be able to write without relying solely on AI).
• Strong grasp of

social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Quora).
- Ability to identify, repurpose, and adapt content for maximum reach and engagement.

• Keep an updated inventory of all product lines:

• Accessories.

Nebroo is looking for a full-time Digital Care Lead to manage and elevate our customer engagement across multiple digital and social platforms. This is not an entry-level role – we are looking for someone who can take ownership, create workflows, and collaborate closely with our Operations Manager to ensure a seamless and delightful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and oversee customer interactions across email, Facebook, and other digital/social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) through Zoho Social or similar platforms.
