Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
Experience/Knowledge:
- 4+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.)
- Strong track record in operations management, process improvement, and staff development Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and execution skills
- Agile, systems-thinker who thrives in solving day-to-day operational challenges Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings
