All-Around Kitchen Assistant – Requirements & Responsibilities

* At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food industry.
* Willing to learn and adapt new things.
* Must have initiative.
Skills:
* Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen sanitation
* Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
* Multitasking and effective time management
* Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment (e.g., rice cookers, fryers)
* Fast learner with a willingness to take initiative
* Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Familiarity with operating and managing social media pages/platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
In order to preserve brand quality and standards.
Responsibilities:
* Assist chefs/cooks with food preparation
* Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
* Ensure all food items are handled and stored according to food safety and hygiene standards
* Refill ingredients, sauces, condiments, and kitchen supplies when needed
* Support with various kitchen duties as assigned
* Delivery around the subdivision
* Monitoring of Stocks
Other Qualifications:
* Punctual, responsible, and reliable
* Dedicated and hard-working
* Can work well under pressure
* Trustworthy and a strong team player
* Willing to work weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules
