ROLE PURPOSE
You would be working as an Application Specialist for client projects in setup, maintenance and decommissioning phases to ensure a delivery of robust, high-quality solutions using our TrialMax and Patient Engagement platforms. Designs are often complex and may involve multiple company products and computer environments. The role is one that incorporates both Business Analysis (understanding the client's needs, discussing with them its capability)and a solution implementation. As an Application Specialist, you will configure the platform, using our proprietary language ,to collect and provide the information in the way that a client requires it for their clinical trials.
