**Key Job Responsibilities:**
+ Develop new course materials, redesign, or update existing courses in authoring software.
+ Responsible for the end-to-end course development process, including creating storyboard, designing and developing engaging and interactive e-learning courses, reviewing, testing, and publishing.
+ Identify the best ways to illustrate course content by selecting colors, images, typography, and layout while complying with industry and Citi standards.
+ Create supporting material/media such as: videos, infographics, job aids, and simulations.
+ Develop assessments, including knowledge checks or quizzes, to measure learners' comprehension and ensure alignment with learning objectives.
+ Work with subject matter experts to review, refine, and credibly challenge content and offer suggestions from a learning perspective.
+ Perform course design review; provide feedback/suggestions on course design, grammar, functionality, consistency, images, spacing, etc.
+ Communicate project status and challenges effectively to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely updates for informed decision making.
+ Create Accessible course documentation.
+ Provide and be receptive to feedback.
**Qualifications** **:**
+ Must provide portfolio with e-learning work samples using authoring software at time of application.
+ **Proficient in e-learning authoring tools** : DominKnow "DK1", Storyline, Snagit, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, e.g., Photoshop, etc.
+ **Excellent creativity and design skills** , with the ability to cohesively integrate lines, color, shape, space, images, and typography to create visually appealing and well-structured courses.
+ Demonstrated experience incorporating adult learning theory, practices, and methodologies into the creation of training materials used in a business setting.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
+ Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management.
+ Able to organize workload and manage multiple projects.
+ Detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to perform duties with minimal direction.
+ Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish strongly preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years of instructional design experience with at least 2 years' experience in a corporate environment.
+ Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communication, or related field is preferred

Generate interior design construction documents using the Autodesk CAD suite. Ensure documents comply with standards established by the company Meet virtually with Design Principal on a daily basis to summarize progress and engage in problem solving dialog. Edit construction documents in accordance with the guidance provided by the principal designer Complete a small variety of back office tasks like file sharing configuration control, CRM management, or social media-based marketing
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture Possess a good working knowledge of construction and structural engineering terminology. Comfortable working in the standard measurement system

(feet and inches) Able to use at least one collaboration platform like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Slack. Can seamlessly navigate at least one type of virtual meeting software (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Detail-oriented and can follow directions and guidance Able to think critically to identify any potential issues and then clearly articulate them to the head designer in a timely manner. Able to independently prioritize tasks and manage time Have the maturity and emotional capacity to accept constructive feedback from the designer.
1-3 years of CAD experience in architecture or interior design
