The Project Services Implementation Consultant is expected to independently manage concurrent projects and overall workload in accordance with ADPs Service Excellence standard, as well as in alignment to NAS Project Services best practices. Success and performance indicators are assessed through the following systems: Client satisfaction measured by survey. Efficiency and productivity captured in metrics such as project duration and response and action that meet established timeline, and other analogous indicators. Quality & accuracy determined through project notes and documentation, as well presence of production errors. Feedback from Support, Leaders, and internal partners in relation to assigned work and responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in HCM related field, programming or equivalent education and experience. Proficient PC Navigation skills. Experience working on multiple, concurrent projects is required. High volume, problem resolution, technical client services experience Experience or Training in Project Management is helpful. Experience in conducting Training sessions is helpful. US Benefits & Payroll knowledge is a plus. Technical training or equivalent experience in related technologies and/or systems in implementations is highly preferred (HR, Payroll, Time). Industry related certifications including Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) etc. are a plus. Work experience or certifications in Business Analysis, Networking, Database Usage, SQL is highly preferred. COMPETENCIES Leadership: A project manager needs to be able to lead even without authority. This is especially critical as they work with the HR practitioners of clients and internal ADP partners. Communication: Project managers must be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, vendors, and executives. They need to be able to listen actively, convey information clearly and concisely, and resolve conflicts. Time Management: A project manager must be able to manage their time effectively to ensure the project is completed on schedule. They need to be able to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress to avoid delays. Risk Management: A project manager must be able to identify potential risks to the project, assess their likelihood and impact, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Planning and Organization: A project manager must be able to develop and execute a detailed project plan, including setting objectives, defining milestones, and allocating resources.

The NAS Talent Implement Consultant will manage Talent Management projects by planning, organizing, controlling, and deploying key milestones, deliverables, and resources according to client and business goals. You will use specific templates and techniques to manage through the preferred project life cycle to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.

WHAT YOUâLL DO:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
- Analyze legacy information and practices and configure appropriately in new environment
- Conduct review with customer prior to release to confirm acceptance of data and configuration
- Accurately forecast activation dates and manage implementation appropriately to meet release dates
- Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers
- Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of complex data and multi system integrations
- Maintain core knowledge of each product for which they are responsible
- Interpret and understand client business requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all communication received for each client
- Provide project management and coordination to ensure product activations are moving as quickly as possible
- Update activity records timely and accurately to ensure accurate reporting and client billing
- Manage defect or problem resolution to drive implementations to completion
- Notify management of any complications, missing data or system defects that might delay the implementation
- Identify, assist and test enhancements to workflow, scripts, or system defects for core functions
- Resolve problems and answer questions from both internal and external customers
- Collaborate regularly with other departments to improve processes or procedures
- Ensure appropriate hand-offs and communication with Engagement Managers, Consultants and Account Management
- Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and procedures
- Interpret and migrate data provided from multiple sources
- Reconcile financial reports to historical financial reports
- Analyze and replicate legacy accounting information into import templates
- Upload outstanding items from the prior period for the first bank reconciliation
- Gather and format the beginning balances and monthly historical net activity after beginning balances
- Conduct quality assurance of data migrations prior to release to the customer
- Maintain accurate records of all data and communication received for each conversion
- Notify management of any complications, missing data or system defects that might delay the conversion

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

- Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting or Finance related position
- Prior experience in a consultative position with proven success required
- Minimum of 1-year experience in software implementation
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills

The CAN Time Configuration Implementation Consultant is responsible to configure ADPs Human Capital Management Time products per client requirements for National Accounts implementation and migration projects. Individual must possess strong analytical, functional and technical skills to complete assigned tasks. This role demands a thorough understanding of ADP implementation methodologies, implementation tools and deep knowledge of ADPs products. Time & Labor domain knowledge and/or experience are also considered very beneficial. Provides configuration services for Time & Labor Management defined processes and workflow, tools and deliverables to design solutions for various project tasks resulting in high quality deliverables. Uses analytical skills to evaluate delivered configuration documentation to ensure solution is feasible and adheres to best practices. Understands products, tools and processes to enable basic troubleshooting and/or error resolution when required. Good eTime knowledge and understanding of the impact of individual items on the overall eTime setup for the client. Managing various accounts from project inititation to close by supporting the Project Team members through all phases of implementation. Uses analytical skills to evaluate delivered configuration documentation to insure solution is feasible and adheres to best practices.
