Job Description
The HR & Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions as well as ensuring full compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements including DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR. This role also plays a key part in managing documentation, field coordination, and employee relations across all company locations. br>
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update 201 files and other employee records
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and schedule compliance.
- Prepare employment contracts, notices, and HR-related communications.
- Ensure accurate and timely registration, reporting, and updating of employee SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR records.
- Handle employee grievances and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Organize employee training, orientation, and compliance briefings.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of DOLE-required documents such as contracts, payslips, and compliance reports.
- Prepare documentation and reports for labor inspections or audits.
- Support payroll by providing complete and accurate timekeeping and personnel data.
- Assist in the drafting and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Perform field visits to ensure compliance with employment standards
- Serve as the primary contact for government agency coordination and requirements.
- Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. < r>- At least two years of HR experience, preferably in a contracting or logistics setting.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance processes (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and conduct field work as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation systems.
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
- Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Assigned to Brgy. Alasas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga (near new LTO branch and City College of San Fernando Annex)
- Open to a hybrid work arrangement (combination of on-site and remote work), depending on operational needs and management approval.
