Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CWM is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or private banking.
- Proven track record in managing high net worth client portfolios (personal and business).
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, credit, deposits, and insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
