EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT :

Responsible for inspecting, repairing, and preparing records on maintenance and repair works performed on a wide variety of heavy equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repairs, services, and performs major and minor repairs to a wide variety of heavy equipment such as trucks, tractors, and other power-driven related equipment.
• Inspects trucks and related equipment to locate and determine the extent of necessary overhaul or repair.
• Performs general overhaul and repairs work on gasoline and diesel-powered engines.
• Inspects, adjusts, and replaces necessary units and related parts including valves, hoses, belts, and alternators.
• Repairs cooling, fuel and exhaust systems; tune engines using standard testing equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance work on vehicles including lubrication and oil changes.
