DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
br>1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and payroll checks.
2. Ensures compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.
3. anages budgets, prepares financial forecasts, and conducts business modeling and risk assessments.
4. Identifies areas for improvement in accounting processes and implements effective solutions.
5. Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends and opportunities.
6. Coordinates annual audits of the department
7. Perform any other mandated accounting functions, and or any other duties may be assigned.
■ Structure:
1. Mus be a Certified Public Accountant
2. With at least five (5) years of experience in the same position
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
4. Ability to analyze financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
5. Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and other relevant tools.
SL VL 13th month is after the probation period
3 days of Bereavement Leave for any loss of an immediate family
member. The Bereavement Leave shall not be commutable to cash.
HMO 250,000 Maximum Benefit Limit (MBL) per illness for principal
110,000 Maximum Benefit Limit (MBL) per illness for three (3) dependents on each.
Life insurance Php 1,000,000 Life Insurance Coverage
Statutory benefits The employer shall enroll you for coverage under the Social Security System, PAGIBIG, Philhealth,
13th Month Pay and Performance-based bonus
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
