Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to new and old real estate leads
Use our intro script and handle common objections with confidence
Qualify prospects and schedule them for strategy calls with our CEO
Follow Kyri Media's SOP and lead contact structure
Take clear notes on each call following our framework (Problem, Position, Goal, Urgency, Importance)
Use tools like Power Dialer, GHL, and Google Calendar
Practice with the team daily and participate in ongoing training
Dial at minimum of 200 daily.
Book minimum of 3 high quality appointments daily.
Follow the process exactly.
