Our Cloud Engineers will be part of the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) which will serve as their mentorship and coaching ground so they can transform themselves and others to be the best in their chosen field.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Respond to client support queries.
- Provide support over the phone, or via remote access.
- Coordinate with customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
- Experience in IT Related domain
- Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills such as Communication and active listening

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledgeable in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledgeable in AWS, GCP, Azure
- Experience with AWS-based deployments and related services (RDS, EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.)
- Confident in participating in architectural discussions, reviews, and providing recommendations
- Understanding of coding or scripting languages on at least two of the following: Ruby, Python, Java, Javascript, Bash Script, Go, PHP
