Summarized Purpose:
Performs advanced aspects of the data cleaning process with a high level of accuracy and in accordance with GCPs and SOPs/WPDs, to assess the safety and efficacy of investigational products and/or medical devices.
Essential Functions:
- Identifies, resolves, and updates data discrepancies. Makes changes to the data management database as required.
- Generates, tracks and resolves data clarifications and queries. May implement CRF design in identified graphic design package.
- Reviews data listings for accuracy and consistency of data. Analyzes and resolves data validation and other data management reports.
- Produces project-specific status reports for CDM management and for clients on a regular basis.
- Performs data management activities such as Serious Adverse Event and Third-Party Vendor reconciliations as well as Data Listing reviews.

Education/Experience:
High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Technical positions may require a certificate
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 6 years).

This role will work closely with Product Specialist, Data Analysis, and Data Engineering teams to build out our client’s Data Management Platform and associated services. The Data Managers support the full lifecycle of data in T-REX from ingestion, to curation, normalization and delivery. The team is responsible for ensuring the highest level of data quality providing unique value to our client’s platform and their client’s workflows.
As part of the Information Services division, you will have an important role in the development and operations of the strategic managed data services offering. You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to build out and continuously enhance the service and platform, while working with client development to align client requirements.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Required:
- 3+ years of Data Management experience
- Experience working end to end on Data Management for products in the Financial Services industry, specifically in Structured Finance, Project Finance, or Warehouse Lending
- Experience defining, creating, and maintaining taxonomies and data dictionaries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Creative thinker

Job Description
Data Management Associates are responsible for supporting the Data Management workstream within the AGS Implementation process for MSP or Procurement Solutions projects. The Data Management Associate is responsible for collecting and tracking incumbent worker data from a variety of sources, analyzing data gaps, validating data and transforming data for upload. The Data Management Associate will be responsible for discovering and resolving gaps in data to prepare the information for loading into a VMS. The Data Management Associate will attend all internal and external project calls, and report workstream status. The Data Management Associate will build the necessary relationships between outside vendors, clients and internal project teams to complete project tasks on deadline and with quality. Data Management Associates will partner with Data Management Analysts to quality check/audit data loads as part of their training. Data Management Associates are also expected to work on various projects including audits, rate card / worker modifications and other general team projects. Data Management Associates are expected to support multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Work within a team to collect, organize and validate data using a proprietary AGS data collection tool
+ Follow up on outstanding data from outside vendors
+ Analyze data for gaps and/or errors in large data sets, work to resolve data issues

The Data Launch team manages the onboarding and setup of our datasets into Sprout.
