**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to drive SAP BPC upskilling for Delivery Center resources
- Work directly with customer's Client team to understand their business challenges and issues which provide a clear picture of how the solution will solve their needs
- Prepare request for change documentation
- Develop documentation for training and user procedures
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation
- Minimum of 2-3 relevant project experience/engagements, full implementation cycle, support
- Extensive experience in SAP Business Planning Consolidation version 11.0 or earlier
- Well-versed in usage of predefined planning functions as well as implementing custom defined planning functions with Fox formulas or ABAP
- Experience in SAP BW/4HANA or BWoH, notably creation of planning-enabled BW objects
- Familiarity with report creation using SAP BusinessObjects BI client tools especially SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, Edition for Microsoft Office/OLAP
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC finance-related modules is a plus
- Experience inn SAP BPC Technical and Functional Upgrade or Enhancement is a plus
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus

Minimum 6 years working experience in Support / SAP implementation project
Advanced knowledge on APO demand planning, particularly planning books is required. This covers both configuration, development and testing of the planning books.
Basic knowledge of GATP is required
Basic knowledge on integration with other systems is required
With skills & experience to perform own tasks review
With strong analytical & problem-solving skills
With skills & experience to lead a team and perform peer review
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
SAP certification is a plus
Experience in SAP HANA is a plus

Responsibilities:
Will be part of several client projects as a Senior APO-DP Functional Consultant. One client has already implemented a DP solution based on multiple planning books. However, a new plant must be incorporated into it. Below are examples of key activities and required tasks as part of the project:
Check the current APO planning books and be able to understand the overall planning process and create helpful documentation based on the current process
Lead some workshops with the users to help them understand the changes required and how these changes will be incorporated in the current process
Make a detailed list of the changes per category such as planning book fields, process chain, data extraction, etc.
Perform SAP prototyping and analysis tasks on new requirements that need to be explored.
Identify any add-on objects and enhancements required
Draft the overall design of the add-on objects and enhancements
Plan and handle the configuration, development, testing and documentation
Work closely with Project Lead/Manager by sending status reports religiously and raising issues/risks as early as possible.
Handle medium to complex APO configuration and development
Support users during UAT and Go-live to fix any defects and performance issues and assist users in general
Plan and execute PRD migration
Liaise with other teams (Basis, SAP OTC, BI)
Will be part of the support team that will support Go-live and production system stability
Other Responsibilities:
Follow the best APO practices to ensure quality of own & team’s deliverables. < r>
Participate as part of a team and maintain good relationships with team members.
Participate and provide bottom-up estimations for business requirements/developments.
Train other consultants on any SAP APO skills; Can conduct bootcamp as necessary
Responsible in leading and managing a technical team -- Plans, assigns, reviews and supervises the work of other consultants
Provide performance feedback for each team member
Eager to learn, build his SAP knowledge and be an expert on one or more SAP APO skills; learning functional skills is encouraged
