You'll be charged with designing fuel gas, fuel oil supply system for power plants, water and wastewater pump stations, treatment facilities/processes for water and wastewater plants, technical writing, and construction drawing and specification production. We'll have you use your experience to design pump stations for water and wastewater, including pipe sizing calculations, selection of pump type, process utilities (balance of plants), rotating equipment (centrifugal pumps, blowers), piping systems, valves, and appurtenances for in plant process piping, chemical systems, and hydraulic studies. Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in process engineering
- Detailed design experience for fuel gas, fuel oil supply system, water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and utility systems
- Experience with fuel gas, fuel oil supply system and water/wastewater equipment for power plant projects
- Experience in plant piping system design (line sizing and material selection) for fuel gas, fuel oil supply system, water and wastewater systems
- Licensed Chemical Engineer
- Inter-discipline coordination
- Develop PFDs, HMB and P&IDs
- Familiar with process simulation software (i.e. HYSYS)
- Experience in designing process relief systems
