Job Description

Develops problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram, studying system capabilities, analyzing alternative solutions, and preparing system specifications.

Manage, oversee, and keep up-to-date records/documents for a particular project or for an entire organization. Ensure all proper documents are created and signed, that all data is accurate and that documents are stored, backed up and registered in the system, and any retention policies are followed.

Implementing and using different IE tools such as Kaizen, DMAIC, Cost Benefits Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, SWOT Analysis and Root Cause Analysis. Also doing a Weekly Operational Review (WOR), Monthly Operational Review (MOR), Business Review and Business Continuity Plan and Business Contingency Plan.

Responsible in monitoring and measuring of all KPIs needed and to ensure to HIT all the target KPI and meet all the SLA on every sites/account. Conduct process reviews, identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing initiatives and programs to improve/enhance site's operation

Primary Function:

· Develop programs and implement actions that are directed towards maintenance of product and process performance at their optimum yield level as well as process yield and efficiency improvement.

· Appropriate corrective actions through yield analysis are expected for cases of performance below specified levels.

· Adequate technical support is to provide to the production on process and material related issues affecting shipment schedules and product quality

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conducts regular monitoring of process yield and yield limiters.

2. Conducts low yield analysis and publishes a corresponding low yield analysis report.

3. Performs weekly Pareto analysis of yield limiters.

4. Implementation action plus directed towards yield and process efficiency improvement.

5. Generates and updates or revise instructions, flowcharts and specifications for the production process, or for requirements.

6. Conducts failure analysis on customer returns and ensure corrective actions are implemented as per documentation.

7. Maintain consistent communication to management of process indicators and their analysis as well as other process engineering activities and issues through weekly reports.

8. Provide technical assistance and guidance to process technicians.

9. Conducts technical evaluations and process characterizations as deemed necessary and publish appropriate engineering evaluation reports.

10. Assume leadership resolution of line issues through meetings with other engineering staff and another department.

Training/Work Experience : Preferably with minimum of 3 years working experience as a Process engineer/Test/Product Engineer

Process Engineer.
As part of our team, you'll have the chance to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our power plant clients locally and worldwide

You'll be charged with designing fuel gas, fuel oil supply system for power plants, water and wastewater pump stations, treatment facilities/processes for water and wastewater plants, technical writing, and construction drawing and specification production. We'll have you use your experience to design pump stations for water and wastewater, including pipe sizing calculations, selection of pump type, process utilities (balance of plants), rotating equipment (centrifugal pumps, blowers), piping systems, valves, and appurtenances for in plant process piping, chemical systems, and hydraulic studies. Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in process engineering
• Detailed design experience for fuel gas, fuel oil supply system, water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and utility systems
• Experience with fuel gas, fuel oil supply system and water/wastewater equipment for power plant projects
• Experience in plant piping system design (line sizing and material selection) for fuel gas, fuel oil supply system, water and wastewater systems
• Licensed Chemical Engineer
• Inter-discipline coordination
• Develop PFDs, HMB and P&IDs
• Familiar with process simulation software (i.e. HYSYS)
• Experience in designing process relief systems

Ideally, Here's What You'll Also Have

• Hydraulic Modeling experience
• In plant Piping System Design of fuel gas, fuel oil, water and wastewater systems experience
• Design implementation of rotating equipment and process treatment equipment
• Experience with Design-Build and/or EPC projects
