Job Description:

• Make outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales
• Handle inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries or close leads/sales
• Perform data entry to update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
• Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Generate reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Meet defined service level agreements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work on-site in Batangas City
