As a Business Support Associate within the Commercial Banking Business Support Management team, you will be given the opportunity to lead a team of 15-30 Administrative Assistants, spearhead initiatives, guarantee service delivery, and uphold a robust control/compliance environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the Business Support Management recruiting, hiring, and training processes, ensuring exceptional and efficient end-to-end service delivery and business coverage, and propelling initiatives across the Line of Business and Commercial Banking. This role necessitates a minimum of 5+ years of senior-level administrative or operational management experience, preferably within a large financial services organization.
Job responsibilities:
- Managing a team of approximately 15-30 Administrative Assistants
- In partnership with the US based Leadership Team, ensure admin assistant support/coverage is appropriately aligned to business priorities and all employee movement is actioned appropriately
- Ensuring exceptional and efficient end to end service delivery and business coverage
- Managing the BSM recruiting, hiring and training process
- Managing the governance of core business processes inclusive of delivering on KPI's
- Ensuring the Team is fluent in key policies and business practices (e.g., Expense Policy, etc.)
- Independently owning all facets of the performance management process and compensation recommendations to ensure all firm requirements are completed thoroughly and timely
- Maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders
- Partnering with the BSM Leadership Team to continue to drive consistency in the model.
- Driving LOB and CB wide initiatives.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- A minimum of 5+ years of senior level administrative or operational management experience
- A strong track record in successful people, business and project leadership at both a local and regional level.
- Exceptional communication skills - confident, organized and clear. Can effectively interact with all organizational levels.
- Strong presentations skills and fluency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Required Qualifications and Skills:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in auditing, procurement, or cost analysis with a focus on price validation and variance analysis.
+ **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel** - including but not limited to: VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF statements, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and error-checking formulas.
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client reporting and presentations.
+ Ability to manage multiple audits/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
+ Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems SAP is a plus.
+ Open to night shift and hybrid work set up
