JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing assistance to the Building Services Officer/ Building Planning & Project Specialist in the planning for the general improvement, upgrading and construction of the building structures and facilities regarding project implementation.  Responsible for carrying out the safety procedures pertaining to the projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Documentation and Planning

• Preparation of comprehensive Scope of Works, Terms of Reference, and technical specifications for projects.
• Develop independent detailed cost estimates, including cost derivations, to establish the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
• Create and organize procurement documents, including approved plans, Scope of Work, Terms of Reference, and Cost Estimates.

Project Monitoring and Coordination

• Inspect and monitor ongoing project implemented by outsourced specialty contractors to ensure compliance with the specifications.
• Oversee project activities to ensure adherence to safety and health standards, particularly those mandated under the Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) program.
• Track project progress and prepare regular updates for internal reporting.
• Attend coordination meetings with outsourced specialty contractors to align on project timelines and deliverables.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Architecture Graduate

Experience : Minimum of two (2) years' experience in building planning, construction and project management.

Training : Formal training in building planning, construction.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and Microsoft office Suite, and related core competencies;
• Technical proficiency in architectural design and project documentation;
• Time management and ability to handle multiple projects efficiently;
• Strong organizational and office management skills.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled MEP Building Services Engineer/Technician (BIM Technician), proficient in Revit, to join our team in Manila. You will contribute to creating BIM models and CAD drawings across all design stages for some of the most innovative building projects in the region.

As a member of our expert team of engineers and Revit technicians, and in close collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues, you will produce detailed 2D CAD general assemblies and develop design-coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit, adhering to our current design standards.

The
Remote MEPF Building Services Engineer
will assist in the acquisition, design, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for UK building projects. Based in the Philippines, the engineer will work closely with both local colleagues and UK teams to support feasibility studies, utilities coordination, and compliance with UK building regulations.

Duties And Responsibilities
Design & Planning

• Prepare MEPF designs, drawings, and calculations using AutoCAD
• Develop technical specifications and reports in line with UK Building Regulations and CIBSE standards
• Support sustainable and energy-efficient designs in line with Part L, BREEAM, SAP, and EPC requirements
• Assist with the future adoption of Revit MEP for BIM modelling and coordination

Utilities & Coordination

• Liaise with UK utilities providers (power, water, gas, and telecoms) to manage applications, technical submissions, and compliance requirements. This includes securing approvals for new service connections, upgrading existing capacities where needed, and obtaining necessary consents such as build over agreements for drainage and sewer infrastructure. Coordinate timelines with providers to ensure installations align with project schedules
• Coordinate with utilities during acquisition and feasibility stages to obtain service records and identify new connection needs
• Collaborate closely with both UK and Philippine team members for smooth workflows
• Participate in online project meetings and share project documents through Google Workspace

Compliance & Project Support

• Ensure MEPF designs comply with UK Building Regulations, BS/EN codes, and fire safety standards
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation for accuracy
• Support preparation of testing and commissioning documentation for residential services such as drainage water tests, air flow/ventilation tests, water pressure checks, electrical safety testing, and fire alarm/smoke detector commissioning
• Maintain accurate project records, version control, and document submissions

Requirements
Job Requirements

• Either of the following Degree - Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related discipline
• Experience in MEPF design for residential or commercial building projects
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, CIBSE Guides, SAP, EPC, and BS/EN codes (or equivalent standards from similar regulated countries) is a plus
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Google Workspace
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with UK and PH teams
• Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines remotely

Skills And Qualifications

• Familiarity with Revit MEP (for future use as part of BIM adoption)
• Previous experience with UK-based consultancy, contractor, or design teams (or similar regulated environments) is an advantage but not essential
• Understanding of BIM Level 2 processes and BREEAM requirements

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling all telephone communication, provides quick and well organize, polite telephone services to internal and external guest. He / She has to follow the telephone etiquette as per standards set by management.

Position Overview:

The Facilities Management Admin/Assistant supports the Facilities Management Supervisor in ensuring that the centers and offices are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, coordination of maintenance activities, and direct involvement in minor repairs and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate records & proper documentation related to Housekeeping and Facilities Management process.
• Regular reporting on both Housekeeping and Property Maintenance manning, facilities performance, activities, and other concerns for Management review.

• Delegates and supervises work of staff responsible for facility maintenance.
