Come up with campaigns that will drive the business objective of the campaigns team:
Drive Shopee Mall Business with strategic campaigns. Grow commercial metrics and buyer penetration for Shopee Mall. Closely collaborate with Business Development Team to growth brands in Shopee Mall and reach monetization target.
Drive Category Growth with strategic campaigns. Grow commercial metrics and buyer retention for categories. Closely collaborate with Business Development Team.
Drive overall retention and improve buyer, order and merchandise value performance. Actively check and review P&L and ensure cost efficiency. Collaborate closely with regional and other cross functional stakeholders for any tests and automation/ program roll out.
Work with the team on post-campaign analytics that will assess performance & provide meaningful, data-driven recommendations for the next campaigns
Work with teams across Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Finance to ensure on time, in full execution of all campaigns, from conceptualization to go-live
**Create, setup & ensure quality execution of onsite assets**: microsites, banners, push notifications, and the like
Ensure that campaigns team members are working efficiently & towards the same business objective
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree graduate. Background in communications/marketing is preferred
At least 7-8 years of work experience in a Marketing role, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG or Telco. Role should have been a combination of brand management & strategy.
Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken)
Strong analytical skills, with experience working with Microsoft Office / Google Suite, especially Excel / Sheets and Powerpoint / Slides
Enjoys both detail oriented work and strategic work, with a good commercial / business sense
Interest in e-commerce, tech and marketing is a must, with a strong motivation to work specifically in Shopee
Experience handling numbers, coming up with strategies, and creating reports for stakeholders, including upper management
With leadership / team management experience able to lead a team of marketeers to work towards the overall business objectives
Capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment
