Key Responsibilities:- Collect, analyze, and interpret agricultural data related to crop yields, soil conditions, pest control, and production trends.
- Conduct field assessments to evaluate farming systems, resource use, and environmental impact.
- Develop recommendations to improve agricultural productivity and sustainability.
- Support the planning and implementation of agricultural projects and programs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation based on research findings.
- Monitor agricultural market trends, costs, and potential risks affecting operations.
- Collaborate with farmers, agribusiness stakeholders, and government agencies for project development and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural laws, standards, and safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Agronomy, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in agricultural analysis, research, or fieldwork (entry-level applicants may be considered).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and local farming systems is an advantage.

Job Summary:
Lead and drive sales efforts for agricultural inputs such as fertilizers, seeds, crop protection products, animal feed in the Philippines. Will develop strategies, manage sales teams or channels, and cultivate relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers (e.g., farmers and cooperatives).
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends
Set clear sales targets monthly, quarterly, annually and monitor team performance
Team Leadership & People Management
Recruit, train, and coach area or district sales leads to ensure consistent achievement of targets
Provide performance evaluations and take corrective action when necessary
Territory & Relationship Management
Build, expand, and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and end-users in rural/agricultural areas
Conduct regular visits to key clients to present products, address concerns, and provide technical guidance
Market Intelligence & Business Development
Analyze market data, customer needs, competitor offerings, and weather trends to adapt strategies
Identify new market opportunities, product gaps, or service improvements
Reporting & Budget Management
Monitor and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health to senior management
Participate in budget planning and cost controls within your region or team
Promotions & Events
Organize or participate in product demonstrations, field days, and promotional events to drive awareness and adoption
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (e.g., Agronomy, Crop Science, Animal Science), Agricultural Engineering, or Business; advanced degrees are a plus
- At least 3–5 years in B2B agricultural sales or agribusiness.
- Managerial experience (area/district/territory level)
- Deep understanding of agricultural inputs fertilizers, seeds, crop protection, animal nutrition as well as rural market dynamics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mind able to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Effective leadership and team-coaching capabilities.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories
- Driver's license and readiness for rural travel.
- Experience with technical sales or farmer training programs.
- Understanding of agricultural regulatory landscape.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month
