• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field. br>• At least three (3) to five (5) years’ work experience as Marketing Officer or similar role
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Deep understanding of the utilities (energy, water, gas) and agriculture sectors, including < r>challenges and trends.
• Familiarity with the regulatory environment in both sectors and how it impacts product < r>development.
• Strong product management experience, including product lifecycle management, market < r>analysis, and customer-focused development.
• Ability to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage timelines. < r>• Proficiency in Agile or other product development methodologies. < r>• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams < r>(technical, operational, regulatory, marketing).
• Ability to engage with external stakeholders like suppliers, regulatory authorities, and industry < r>groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and challenges in both < r>industries.
• Creative thinking to design innovative products that meet the evolving needs of both utilities < r>and agricultural customers.
• Ability to understand customer needs (e.g., farmers, energy providers, utilities) and translate < r>them into product requirements.
• Basic technical knowledge of utilities infrastructure (such as smart grid systems, energy storage < r>solutions, etc.) and agricultural technology (such as drones, sensors, automated systems).
• Knowledge of relevant standards, certifications, and sustainability practices.
