**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible in providing assistance to the Business Development Manager in developing and maintaining an active network of prospective clients and submitting competitive bid proposals in order to reach the target revenue.
- Responsible in introducing the services and products of the Business Unit to the clients thru product presentation.
- Responsible in managing market research by obtaining information on market conditions; prospective client; market projections; industry practices and trends.
- Ensures that the customers are satisfied with the products and services of the Business Unit.
- Works with the accounting department in the clarification and reconciliation of the invoices to have smoother and faster processing and collection of billings.
- Submits required reports to immediate superior and files/documents in accordance to the Quality Management System (QMS).
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration and Marketing.
- At least 5 years or more of work experience in Business Development in the Construction Industry.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishment in sales.
- Excellent negotiation, consultative sales and communication skills
- Able to adapt on the industry trends and development in the Philippines.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
