We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will research and qualify inbound leads, implement ABM campaigns, and report on overall team activities to maximize our contribution to business objectives.
The ideal candidate has experience with marketing and sales qualification processes, strong analytical and reporting skills and the ability to take ownership with attention to detail. Bonus points if they are familiar with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Your key tasks
- Reach out to inbound leads to qualify them, collaborate with Sales to align on follow-ups
- Research new leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, based on Sales’ requirements on ideal prospect personas
- Use HubSpot to manage lead information, segment leads, track activity, maintain database hygiene and ensure data accuracy throughout the marketing and sales processes
- Implement ABM campaigns using a variety of channels
- Monitor and report on all marketing & communication activities, identifying areas of improvement
- Understanding of Marketing and Sales processes, channels, and performance metrics

The Team
Join our dedicated team as a Java Developer with expertise in Eclipse or a similar IDE, where you will be crafting the engineering tools and frameworks essential to our software developers. Your key tasks
- Work as part of an agile development team in line with the product roadmap
- Support the team in delivering solution and its maintenance, involving (but not limited to)

- Must have up to 2 years relevant experience, or a fresh graduate of Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

The Test Management Team is accountable to manage the various test campaigns in the context of the maintenance of the application landscape of our clients during SIT (System Integration Test – internally) and UAT (User Acceptance Test – with the client) phases.
The team is also responsible to plan and manage the End of Period tests (end of Quarter, end of Year). The team has ownership on the test environments, including environment refresh, software installation and environment readiness assessments.
This position is not related to test automation, and we are not looking for candidates specialized in test automation activities. The role also follows a mid -shift schedule (European time zone)
Your key tasks:
- Management of the release processes for changes in the software related to Avaloq products.
- Coordinate and plan the test campaign for monthly client releases (UPL) and Hot Fixes (EME)
- Coordinate and plan the test simulation of End of Period for all clients.
- Ensure Test environment availability for Client UAT.
- Track and distribute test results to management and client.
- Provide to stakeholders content scope for UPL and EME releases and liaise with Release Management.
- Manage client acceptance environment usage plan across projects and AMS for each client.
- Orchestrate installation of bug fixes with Development and Release Management
- Perform compliance/audit Key Controls
- Manage client relationship with appropriate communication.
- Manage defects and Reporting.
- Manage tools for testing, tracking defects and statistics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Test Management processes and procedures.
This is a customer facing role requiring excellent presentation and communication skills and ability to manage stress levels in a demanding context.
- In-depth knowledge of Test concepts and methodology
- Experience of the banking and/or finance industry
- At least 3 years of experience

You will work in the Client Solution and Integration Architecture team, within the Product & Technology Organization. The mission of the department is to design and manage the End to End Architecture of the Solutions for Banks worldwide, which will adopt an Avaloq based outsourcing services portfolio. The team is composed of senior Business / IT / Enterprise Architects with a strong focus on customer facing activities, including consulting, solutions definition and documentation.
Your key tasks
- Work as Solution Manager with the objective of defining the most effective solutions for banks in terms of architectural patterns, functional modules, 3rd party products integration, standards, investments, process and technology, to support the enterprise business strategy, ensuring that architectures excellence and banks needs are balanced
- Be responsible and accountable to write the Solution definition documents for the running change or transformation projects for the Avaloq Clients. Document client architectures using Enterprise Architecture tools. Support cost estimations and offering activities
- Collect, analyze and maintain client requirements and translate them into Information system or service solutions. Drive solutions selection according to the following criteria: cost efficiency, competitiveness of offering, improve STP and Back Office efficiency, adherence with company strategic objectives, reduced complexity
- Assist Avaloq clients with consulting mandates on Solution Architecture topics
- Bring a High-Level perspective into the functional or system analysis, during feasibility studies, solution definitions and projects
- Support project managers in planning the solution aspects of large transformation programs, including cost estimations
- Support Avaloq management in strategic decisions and promote the latest architectural principles throughout the organization
- Long running experience and proven track record in Avaloq implementation projects including integration of 3rd party systems. Up to date knowledge on business and IT architectures patterns, methods, and tooling
- Long running experience in one or more of the following architecture roles: Business/Banking Architectures, Technology/Software/Integration Architectures, Enterprise Architectures, Digital Banking
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
- Consulting attitude and experience, to be authoritative and convincing in business discussion with clients
- Fluency in English
