KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Provide overall strategic direction and leadership across all business units (consumer electronics, food, and leisure). < r>– Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance of all companies in the group. < r>– Drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and market share through effective sales and business development strategies. < r>– Identify and execute new business opportunities, market expansion, partnerships, and innovations. < r>– Lead and develop the senior leadership team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable culture. < r>– Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for departments and business units; track performance and implement improvements as needed. < r>– Analyze financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports; ensure financial targets are met or exceeded. < r>– Provide regular business updates, strategic plans, and financial reports to the President and Owner. < r>– Ensure operational excellence, compliance, risk management, and crisis resolution across the organization. < r>– Act as the face of the company, building strategic networks and representing the group with external partners, clients, and stakeholders. < r>– Foster innovation and solutions-oriented thinking to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. < r>– Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed to oversee branches and attend key events or business meetings. < r>
