Required Experience

  • Experience overseeing all phases of new store development and existing store renovation, including planning, design, and construction management. Or more than 3 years of overseas work experience, or more than 3 years of experience working in a global company
  • Strong extroversion, presentation skills, responsiveness, and excellent communication skills with internal and external multi-stakeholders
  • Practical experience in building and facility-related fields, such as architectural design, interior design, or construction management
  • In-house experience in design development for store creation within the retail, food service, or service industries
  • At least 3 years of experience in BIM implementation, business transformation and design, system development and operations, etc., at general contractors, consulting firms, system integrators, or operating companies
  • Experience building systems for operational efficiency and standardization
  • Experience using AutoCAD, Adobe software, and BIM (Revit preferred)
