Summary and role purpose:
RONIN International is a global market research company providing best-in-class data collection services for B2B, opinion former and healthcare audiences worldwide.
The Sales Systems Analyst is a newly created hands-on analyst/developer role within Sales Operations. It will strengthen RONIN’s commercial reporting infrastructure by improving the Power BI reporting layer, CRM data quality, integrations and automation, reducing reliance on manual spreadsheet-based reporting.
The successful candidate will be able to work with business stakeholders to understand, challenge and translate requirements, then design, build and deliver practical reporting and automation solutions using Power BI, CRM and connected data sources. The successful candidate can:
- Capture, clarify and translate commercial reporting requirements into reliable datasets, semantic models, measures and dashboards.
- Design and build clear, engaging and audience-appropriate Power BI reports that turn sales, finance and operational data into actionable insight.
- Initially focused on sales reporting, with integration between Power BI and CRM as the primary workstream. Later phases are likely to include reporting on WIP, profitability, lead conversion, account health and marketing performance.
- Improve CRM and source-data capture so commercial data is structured consistently from first touch through pipeline, bid, win/loss, delivery handoff and finance integration.
- Build repeatable data transformations, refreshes, reconciliations, documentation and workflow automations.
- Work with department leads to ensure agreed metrics are captured at source, modelled correctly and presented reliably.
This role is best suited to a business-facing analyst/developer who enjoys turning messy requirements, data and processes into practical, well-governed reporting and automation solutions. It is not a general sales administration, manual report-production or marketing execution role.

Build integrations and automations
- Support reliable data flows between CRM, reporting, finance, operational, website, and other data sources.

Support governance and adoption
- Document data sources, refreshes, KPI definitions and reporting limitations.

Experience:
Essential experience and skills
- Experience working with business stakeholders to understand, challenge and translate reporting and automation requirements into delivered solutions.
- Strong hands-on Power BI developer/operator experience, including Power BI Desktop, Power Query/M, DAX, semantic modelling, report design, scheduled refresh and dataset/report maintenance.
- Ability to design effective Power BI visualisations for different audiences, including clear layouts and visual choices, drill-throughs, filtering, navigation and performance-aware design.
- Strong understanding of data modelling for reporting, including relationships, reusable measures, controlled KPI logic and clear definitions.
- Experience reconciling reporting outputs against source systems and resolving data-quality issues, refresh failures and definition mismatches.
- Working knowledge of connectors, workflow automation tools, structured data sources and API-based concepts; direct experience with Power Automate, JSON/REST or similar tools would be advantageous.

Job Title: Market Research Compliance Executive
Department/Location: Compliance / Manila (fully on-site)
Reporting to: Group Compliance Director
Salary: PHP 35,000 to 40,000 / month (depends on experience)
Working hours: 1pm to 10pm PHT
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Specialist to support our global market research operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in compliance, ISO standards, auditing, risk management, or data privacy who wants to grow in an international market research environment.
You will work closely with different teams to help ensure research projects follow company standards, data protection requirements, and industry best practices. You’ll also support compliance audits, process improvements, and operational risk management across the business.

What You’ll Do
- Review research project materials including questionnaires, screeners, proposals, and discussion guides to ensure compliance with internal policies and international standards
- Support internal teams with compliance, risk, and data protection-related queries
- Assist with ISO audits, compliance reviews, and audit documentation preparation
- Support GDPR and European data protection compliance requirements across research activities
- Help conduct risk assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
- Maintain compliance trackers, policies, templates, records, and process documentation
- Monitor adherence to compliance procedures and recommend process improvements
- Support supplier due diligence and security assurance activities
- Assist in identifying compliance gaps and support corrective and preventative actions
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in compliance, audit, ISO standards, risk management, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willing to work on-site in Makati City
Nice to Have
Experience or knowledge in any of the following is a strong advantage:
- ISO 27001, ISO 20252, or ISO 9001

Position summary: The Quality Controller Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Quality Control operations of RONIN International’s CATI and market research projects. The role focuses on monitoring and assessing interview quality, validating participant information, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and global market research regulations.
This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and quality of data collection activities. This role works closely with Interviewers and the QC team to help drive continuous improvement, interviewer performance, and operational excellence within a fast-paced market research
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quality control and assessment of recorded market research interviews and calls
- Monitor interviewer performance through call reviews and ongoing call monitoring
- Maintain tidy records of interview recordings and QC files within company systems
- Accurately time and review market research questionnaires and survey interviews
- Facilitate coaching and feedback sessions with interviewers to support performance improvement
- Maintain accurate participant and project records with strong attention to detail and data quality
- Support process improvement initiatives related to participant validation and QC operations
- Edit and anonymize audio recordings in compliance with data privacy standards
- Coordinate transcription requests and manage deliverables from external suppliers and QC partners
- Ensure all QC activities comply with industry standards including ISO 20252, ISO 27001, ESOMAR guidelines, and applicable data privacy regulations
- Provide operational support to the wider QC and CATI teams as needed
Qualifications & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in: (Market Research | BPO / Contact Center QA | Call monitoring | Data validation | Customer experience (CX) or Operations Support )
- Experience in a CATI or market research environment is a strong advantage
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in recordings and data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools
- Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working onsite in Makati City
