Job Description:

Global Engineering is responsible for Enterprise and Azure AD, Domain Controllers, SAML, App Proxy, LDAP, DHCP, and Windows OS/Automation information technology, risk assessment, development, design, and validation of emerging and/or improved infrastructure technologies and services enabling business goals and requirements for transition to global operations.


Provide third level support to ensure functionality and operations of all systems. Follow the Established Best Practice of Data Center technical services used throughout RELX and their subsidiaries in support of business products and infrastructure services for all RELX customers. Scope includes the infrastructure support of Windows, and similar IT platforms.


Accountabilities:

  • Diagnose system performance problems using available standard performance tools and system indicators such as queue lengths, CPU utilization, etc.
  • Install program products and system components.

We are seeking a senior Service Management professional to strengthen our Service Management capability. The Web Development Analyst supports RX’s global digital ecosystem by working closely with digital, content, and design teams to publish, maintain, and optimize content across RX websites and platforms. The role is responsible for leading new website builds, driving UI/UX improvements, ensuring consistent application of SEO and tracking standards, and performing advanced QA to maintain high website quality and performance.

Job Description:

Responsible for supporting the Sr. Lead, IT Business Operations & Asset Management, and the Purchasing Coordinator by ensuring telecom (mobile and telephony) and IT purchasing processes align with business requirements and comply with established policies and procedures. This role involves daily management of the Telecom Expense Management system, ITSM tools, and ERP systems, while collaborating with internal stakeholders, end users, and vendors. Key responsibilities include reporting and analysis, troubleshooting system and process issues, identifying anomalies and process improvement opportunities, maintaining documentation, assisting with IT procurement activities, and investigating and resolving queries through to completion.


Accountabilities:

1. Manage mobile, telephony, and network circuit billing reconciliation, invoicing, and spend management in partnership with the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) supplier.

2. Review and validate invoice details, ensure spend is allocated to the correct cost centers, confirm invoice payments processed by the TEM vendor, and complete related administrative activities.

3. Produce operational, analytical, and trending reports to support business users, optimize processes, and drive value. Reporting responsibilities include usage trends, top spend analysis, device lifecycle compliance, MDM enrollment tracking, and SIM activation monitoring.
