About the Role

We are building a talent pool for Tier 2 Support Engineers to support enterprise scale certificate and key management initiatives. This role focuses on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), certificate lifecycle management, cryptographic systems, and secure integrations across cloud, containerized, and on-prem environments.


What You'll Do

  • Leverage your hands-on Linux, Azure or Windows Server experience and learn PKI and the client applications via provided training.
  • Troubleshoot and configure client applications across Microsoft Azure, Linux or Microsoft Server environments
  • Perform support functions such as troubleshooting, performance enhancements and upgrades.
  • Support PKI across global customers including:
  • Understanding public and private keys
  • Certificates (issuance, renewal, expiration)
  • Log analysis
  • Troubleshooting common certificate-related issues.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, system administration, or cloud support roles
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Linux (administration and troubleshooting)
  • Windows Server environments
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Basic understanding of PKI concepts
  • Public/private key fundamentals
  • Certificate lifecycle awareness
  • Ability to troubleshoot system and application-level issues
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools and services
  • Amenable to working onsite 3 times per week at Sheridan Business Center, Mandaluyong City

  • Audit & Populate Patient Reminders: Review patient profiles that have existing medical records but lack recurring triggers. You will read through PDF attachments (often from external clinics), extract prior medical procedures (like vaccine administration), and enter the correct recurring cadence (e.g., Rabies every 1–3 years) into Vetspire.
  • Leverage & Verify AI Tools: Utilize Vetspire’s AI tools to accelerate the data-entry process, while carefully vetting the AI's output to catch and flag any inaccuracies or misses.
  • Process Client-Submitted Records: Retrieve client records submitted via ZenDesk, extract the relevant medical histories to set reminders, and upload the PDF documents directly to the patient's Vetspire file.
  • Pre-Appointment Record Collection: Check the upcoming day's appointment schedule to identify missing records where a referring DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) is noted.
