Position Overview:
Job Opportunity: Level 2 Infrastructure / AV Technician
Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Lead deployment of Cisco Teams Rooms (MTR)–native solution
- Configure Cisco Room Kit EQ, PTZ cameras, Cross View & Presenter Track
- Integrate and tune Cisco Table Mic Pro and Shure wireless audio
- Configure Cisco hardware in Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) mode
- Perform end-to-end testing, commissioning, and validation
- Coordinate with customer and partner teams
- Prepare as-built documentation and support customer sign-off
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Collaboration / AV solutions
- Experience with Cisco Room Kit EQ, PTZ cameras, and Table Mic Pro
- Shure wireless audio integration experience
- Basic networking knowledge (PoE, switches)
- Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) configuration experience
