Key Responsibilities:
- Detect, analyze and submit the Claims, Variation Orders and Provisional Interface Sums and manage the team engineers and support it to prepare, submit, and defend claims related to time extensions, cost overruns, and unforeseen project conditions, variation orders due to new ICF drawings or Engineer instructions, and to evaluate, record and apply for payment for the Interface Provisional Sums.
- Collaborate and organize with project teams to collect and validate supporting evidences for those claims and variations
- Review and evaluate variation requests to determine their validity and impact on project timelines and budgets
- Maintain accurate records of claims, variations, and supporting documents
- Monitor and update project cost tracking related to claims and variations
- Negotiate until success the evaluation and approval and payment of those claims and variations
- All above including global and anticipate view and approach and an accurate follow-up and focused goals for successful approval of the claims and variations
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- At least 12 years minimum professional experience managing cost and variation in a construction project.
- Has a strong background in contract management, cost analysis and technical documentation with specific exposure in claims and variations - during all process, generation, supporting and discussion with the client/consultant.

Job Description
The Geotechnical Engineer will be responsible for ground investigation analysis, foundation design review, soil improvement techniques, and follow-up of geotechnical performance during execution.

- Perform geodetic and hydrographic surveys for marine and coastal infrastructure projects.
- Establish control points and benchmarks for project alignment and construction.

About Your Role in GIS
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) play a critical role in renewable energy project development by providing the spatial intelligence required to support site identification, land management, permitting, engineering design, environmental studies, and construction planning.
The GIS team is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing spatial databases, generating accurate mapping products, supporting land and permitting activities, and providing geospatial insights that help guide project decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
Depending on the level of the role, responsibilities will range from GIS data processing and mapping support to coordination, management, and oversight of GIS activities across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities (Depending on Level)
- Develop, maintain, and manage GIS databases, geodatabases, and mapping systems for renewable energy projects.
- Prepare and update project maps, land status maps, constraint maps, and other geospatial products required by development, engineering, environmental, permitting, and construction teams.
- Process, encode, validate, and analyze spatial data using GIS and mapping software.
- Conduct georeferencing, digitization, data conversion, and integration of information from surveys, land documents, and external sources.
- Coordinate the acquisition of spatial data from contractors, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Support contractor engagement and monitor the progress and quality of GIS, surveying, topographic, parcellary, and related deliverables.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of survey outputs, maps, and geospatial datasets.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and field verification activities as required.
- Coordinate with Land Securement, Permitting, Community Development, Engineering, Environmental, and Construction teams to ensure GIS requirements are met.

- Provide spatial analysis and reporting to support project planning, risk assessment, and decision-making.
- Coordinate with Local Government Units (LGUs), government agencies, consultants, and other external stakeholders as required.
- Support broader business development activities and other duties as reasonably requested by management.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Geography, Geomatics, Surveying, GIS, or a related field.
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer is highly preferred and may be required depending on the position level.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in GIS, surveying, geospatial analysis, land management, or related fields, ideally within renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities, or large-scale development projects.
- Proficiency in GIS and mapping software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth, and related applications.

- Support implementation of waste management, water management, biodiversity conservation, and environmental monitoring programs.
- Coordinate environmental reporting requirements with government agencies, consultants, and project teams.
- Participate in site inspections, audits, and environmental compliance assessments.
Social Management
- Support Social Impact Assessments (SIA) and other studies aimed at identifying social risks and opportunities.
- Assist in implementing human rights due diligence processes and Human Rights Impact Assessments.
- Engage with local communities and stakeholders to communicate project activities and address concerns.
- Support the development and implementation of community development and social investment initiatives.
- Assist in monitoring social performance indicators and implementation of social management plans.
- Support grievance management processes and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment between ESG commitments and project execution activities.
ESG Risk Monitoring & Reporting
- Support identification, assessment, and monitoring of ESG risks and opportunities throughout project development and construction.
- Contribute to the implementation of project Sustainability Master Plans and ESG action plans.
- Collect, analyze, and report ESG performance data for internal management, lenders, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Support sustainability reporting requirements and monitoring of key ESG indicators.
- Assist in implementing corporate initiatives related to decarbonization, circular economy, waste reduction, resource efficiency, and sustainable procurement.
- Support ESG audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action tracking.
Required Skills And Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Community Development, Natural Resources Management, or a related field. Or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, environmental management, social performance, community development, or related functions, preferably within renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, mining, or large-scale development projects.
- Knowledge of Philippine environmental regulations, permitting processes, and social development requirements.
- Familiarity with international sustainability frameworks and standards, including lender requirements and ESG best practices.
- Experience supporting environmental and social impact assessments, compliance monitoring, or stakeholder engagement activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with local communities, government agencies, consultants, and project teams.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and field locations across the Philippines.
