**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers (i.e. physician offices, clinics) and identify the type of assistance the provider needs (EG. benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits)
+ Focus on resolving issues on the first call, navigating through complex computer systems to identify the status of the issue and provide appropriate response to caller
+ Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate solid relationships with providers and their staff
+ Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends
+ Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
This role is equally challenging and rewarding. You'll interact with providers with the intent to develop a relationship with them. Within a high volume setting, you'll need to develop knowledge of our various products and multiple levels of benefits within each product in order to best assist our providers/customers.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ College graduate of any four year course
+ Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
+ Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
+ Skilled in problem solving to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
+ Health care experience

Job Description
***This position will be physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***
Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, leads personnel engaged in ESPE maintenance functions consisting of testing, troubleshooting and repair of all forms of Engineer Equipment, Special Purpose Equipment, Quartermaster Equipment, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), hydraulic systems cylinder, hose fabrications, cylinder repairs/overhaul and Commercial-off-the Shelf Equipment (COTS). Utilizes Global Combat Support Systems-Army (GCSS-Army) to monitor daily shop operations (Equipment Status Report) and maintenance-related supply transactions.
Responsibilities
This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
+ Performs the duties of the ESPE supervisor in his/her absence.
+ Analyze malfunctions and leads personnel engaged in Field Level Maintenance operations for Engineer Equipment, HVAC systems, and special purpose equipment such as material handling equipment (MHE), Firefighting apparatus/equipment.
+ Conduct planning and scheduling of maintenance and Services for all equipment assigned.
+ Establishes maintenance and repair schedules based on equipment schedules and availability of parts, tools, and personnel. Prepares personnel work schedules and monitors performance of subordinates.
+ Hand receipt holder for tools, equipment and spare parts assigned to the section.
+ Monitors work orders/production on all assigned equipment requiring corrective action.
+ Ensures daily reporting is annotated with current and updated information.
+ Maintain bench stock and POL in accordance with applicable regulations
+ Determine the causes of equipment readiness deficiencies, take corrective action within their areas of responsibility, and provide feedback on systemic readiness problems.
+ Adheres to Performance Work Statement and enforces standards within the work area.
+ Provides reports on safety, quality, supply and maintenance issues.
+ Performs routine inspections on internal sections.
+ Prepares and present/submit reports and briefings to management or for external agencies.
+ Oversees driver training program for Heavy Equipment, Special Purpose Equipment and MHE.
+ Performs environmental control duties
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Must possess a valid Driver's License.
+ Must be a Filipino Citizen
+ Certifications:
+ Required TESDA Certification Automotive NCII or Heavy Equipment Servicing (Mechanical) NCII.
+ Caterpillar Certification preferred.
+ RTCH Certification preferred.
+ EPA 608, type I, type II, type III/universal and 609 Certification preferred.
+ ASE Certification preferred.
+ Experience:
+ Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems maintenance mechanic or diesel maintenance experience with at least one (1) year in a leadership capacity.
+ Must possess strong knowledge in engineering and special purpose equipment systems
+ Familiarity with mechanical diagnostic equipment.
+ Prior knowledge and working experience in Engineer, Utilities, or Construction Equipment Maintenance or civilian equivalent.
+ Skills:
+ Possesses in-depth knowledge of The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) and Class IX Supply operations.
+ Must have effective communication and organizational skills.
+ Must be able to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
+ Must have the ability to troubleshoot, Service and Repair HVAC Systems on different variations of equipment.
+ Must have the ability to troubleshoot, Service and Repair Caterpillar engines and equipment.
+ Possesses good customer service, interpersonal and leadership skills.
+ Must be knowledgeable of/possesses the ability to identify the military rank structure.
+ Must have expert knowledge of Technical and Commercial manuals for Servicing, Operational and Repair so that the correct procedures are used on the proper equipment.
+ Possesses ability to perform root cause analysis and prepare Corrective Actions Plans
+ Must have full knowledge of management and usage of TMDE.
+ Must be proficient in performing troubleshooting, servicing and Repair of Engineering, MHE and utility special equipment.
+ Must be proficient in all phases of the paperwork that pertain to the Services, maintenance, repairs, classification and L/P.
+ Possesses expert knowledge of the maintenance prints to be able to establish workload priority & ESR.
+ Possesses expert knowledge of equipment operations and driver certification program.
+ Must be able to function effectively with little to no guidance.
+ Possesses excellent computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
+ Knowledgeable of OSHA and Environmental compliance policies, laws, regulations and procedures.
+ Working Conditions:
+ Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, humid, tropical environment with average temperatures up to130 degrees in the summer months).Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.
+ Physical Requirements:
+ Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
