Electrical, Sanitary, ECE, Computer, etc., or a graduate of B.S. Computer

Science, Business Management or Business Administration

Preferably with at least three (3) years of extensive work experience as

Document Controller / DC in any consultancy or construction firm, or any

technical related companies plus with a total of at least five (5) years of work

experience.

Board exam passer with a valid PRC license is preferable but not necessary



1. With proven excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and

interpersonal skills

2. Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing

demands

3. Professional level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and

SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders

4. Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative

environment

5. Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and

timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

6. Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies

7. Support diverse and inclusive work environment

8. Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of

business needs
