REVIT-BIM SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
· Prepares CSA/MEPFS, BIM LOD 200, 300 and 400;
· Undertake BIM services for the following disciplines: Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection;
· Prepares BIM working drawings, shop drawings, and 3D "as builts" utilizing Revit software;
· Responsible for BIM model set up at project startup;
· Facilitates BIM use during planning, design, and project delivery, ensuring construction documents accuracy based on MEP BIM modeling;
· Manipulates Revit/BIM software in the field to provide technical support (such as clash detection, model revisions, materials order revisions, etc.) to superintendents, engineers, designers and others as needed;

· Prepares Coordinated Services Design (CSD) report identifying clashes between trade services, and then issue design resolutions to the Architects and Engineers of record;
· Assists in the monitoring and implementation of designs and plans in actual construction;

· Facilitates seamless coordination between project supervision, CSD, and Production Department regarding the progress or status of the project;
· Enforces document management system and ensures that drawings comply with local and international standards;
