Job Description 1.
Manage and lead Macrologic branch and sales operation in South
Luzon.
2. Take the lead in growing MDTI’s market presence and
evangelizing MIAAS Cloud strategy in South Luzon area.
3. Initiate
strategies to build productive team through skills’ development, ideal
account coverage, C-level selling and solution approach of each team
member.
4.Work jointly with Marketing Team and Brand Leads for
Vendor Funnels.
5. Collaborate with Marketing Team for Lead
Generation activities and Opportunity Management.
6. Help and
collaborate internally and externally to achieve zero overdue AR’s of
the sales team.
7. Submit Team call report every first day of the
week.
8. Submit Team sales pipeline every first week of the
month.
9. Develop, establish and maintain at least 25 active
accounts monthly for each team member.
10. Achieve Monthly and
Yearly Sales Team Quota.
11. Observe consistent work attendance.

Sales
With vast knowledge in current IT Trend and Cloud
Solutions
Can start ASAP
Highest Education Attainment College Graduate
