Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand clients’ advertising goals and develop customized solutions to meet their objectives.

Sales Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Product Knowledge

  • Stay informed about the organization’s products and services
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of advertising through various channels.

Market Research

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Use market knowledge to position the company’s offerings effectively.

Proposal Development

  • Prepare and present proposals to clients that outline advertising solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and creative departments, to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns.

Sales Reporting

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and results.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance to management.

Customer Service

  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Has a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Must have an extensive experience in advertising sales or a similar role.
  • Has a strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms and industry trends.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
