As the Marketing Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our brands by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.

Brand Strategy and Management:

• Develop comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance brand equity.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand plans, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Monitor brand performance and implement corrective actions to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

Business Turnaround:

• Identify underperforming brands or product lines and develop strategies to revitalize their performance.
• Conduct thorough analysis of market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to reposition brands, improve market share, and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.

Campaign Development and Execution:

• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional media, and experiential marketing.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop compelling messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance, measure effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
• Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends, technologies, and platforms to identify new opportunities for campaign innovation and optimization.

Team Management:

• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
• Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Identify skill gaps and provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' capabilities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and finance teams.

• Strong track record of driving business growth and achieving measurable results.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making.
