A leading coffee chain known for its commitment to delivering exception coffee and unique customer experience is looking for key talents to join their growing team in the Philippines.

Marketing Manager - Coffee is responsible for achieving sales and margin targets by developing and executing marketing and merchandising plans aligned with the company's approved strategy. This includes managing campaigns, brand activities, cross-functional collaborations, and team supervision.

• Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and meet business goals. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy.
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Supervise content creation and distribution efforts, including blog posts, videos, and social media content. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Design and execute loyalty marketing programs to retain and reward loyal customers. Utilize customer data and insights to personalize marketing efforts and increase customer retention.
• Oversee marketing communications, including advertising, public-facing materials, and messaging.
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with media outlets and influencers. Develop and distribute press releases and facilitate media coverage.

• Proven experience as a marketing leader in a premium market
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Creative thinking and a strong understanding of market trends.
