company in the Philippines.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Oversee and ensure that all processes and strategic programs,
projects and activities related to assigned accounts are centralized,
monitored and aligned to business objectives and drive sales revenue
and growth.
•Oversee the delivery of strategy execution through
customer driven solutions
•Help to manage the strategic portfolio.
This involves the utilization of leadership, coaching and project
management.
• Recommend predictive models for resolving
organizational challenges in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead
the adoption of new operating models, methods, processes, tools and
metrics
• Develop suitable business transformation strategies for
responding to internal and external drivers of change
• Monitor the
implementation of organizational development processes for employee
engagement, systems thinking and team development
• Instill a
discipline of process change and change management across the
business.
• Recommend and guide the leaders throughout
transformational changes and journeys
JOB QUALIFICATION
• 10+ years of professional experience in IT
•
Ability to communicate quickly, effectively and accurately to various
audiences, and to work
independently with senior internal and
external stakeholders
• Excellent writing and presentation
skills
• Strong internal and external communicator with exceptional
interpersonal skills
• Significant experience with project
management
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to
multitask
• Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to
changes in priorities, and balance short term
needs with long term
strategic initiatives
